For more than 20 years, Rovicky has built his career in onshore and offshore oil and gas exploration and production activities across Indonesia and South-East Asia.
He joined PT Saka Energi Indonesia (SAKA) in 2014 as Vice President - Exploration, responsible for new ventures, new asset acquisition of exploration blocks, geoscience staff career development, working procedures and process standardisation.
As a petroleum geoscientist, Rovicky is passionate about new oil and gas exploration technologies – he held the presidency of the Indonesian Association of Geologists (IAGI) from 2011 to 2014.
He holds a B.Sc of Geology from Gajah Mada University (UGM) and an M.Sc in Geophysics from University of Indonesia (UI).
