With over 10 years of experience in human capital management and HR operations, Fadilah leads people strategy at Esri Indonesia, supporting organizational growth through workforce planning, leadership advisory, and employee experience initiatives.

Having grown with the organisation from operational roles, she brings a deep understanding of both the business and its people. She has played a key role in scaling Esri Indonesia into a team of more than 100 employees, while strengthening job structures, capability programs, and HR systems to improve efficiency and transparency.

Known for her relationship-driven leadership style, strong communication, and strategic judgment, Fadilah fosters trust, collaboration, and organizational alignment. Outside of work, she enjoys tennis and padel, reflecting her energy, resilience, and team-oriented spirit.
