Ismet Surya Kusuma

For more than a decade, Ismet Surya Kusuma has worked at the intersection of GIS and software engineering, helping organizations develop geospatial solutions that address real-world business and operational challenges. His career has been shaped by the combination of two complementary disciplines—geospatial technology and software development—enabling him to create solutions that are not only technically sound but also deliver meaningful value to users. 

Today, Ismet serves as a Training Specialist at Esri Indonesia, where he guides professionals from various industries in maximizing the capabilities of the ArcGIS platform. Drawing on his strong technical background and practical approach, he excels at transforming complex geospatial concepts into relevant, accessible learning experiences that participants can readily apply in their daily work. 

Ismet holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from Bina Nusantara University and brings extensive expertise in GIS application development, information technology, and software engineering. He believes that effective training goes beyond knowledge transfer—it is about empowering learners with the confidence and skills needed to leverage technology, solve real-world challenges, and drive meaningful outcomes within their organizations.
