Regina Maria Hitoyo

With more than eight years of experience in GIS, Regina Maria Hitoyo’s journey has always been driven by one passion: helping people understand geospatial technology in a way that feels simple, relevant, and empowering. As a Certified Esri Trainer, she has guided learners across banking, retail, plantation, and education sectors—turning complex concepts into clear, relatable insights through illustrations and industry‑specific case studies.

A graduate of Geodesy and Geomatics Engineering at ITB, Regina once led the development of Esri Indonesia’s education programs (2015–2021). During this time, she helped grow the GIS community through initiatives such as Spatial Heroes, the Fellowship Program, GIS Day with Universitas Indonesia, and GIS Week with Binus. Today, she continues supporting organizations by crafting tailored training roadmaps built from structured interviews and assessments—proving that meaningful learning always begins with understanding people’s needs.
