With nearly 20 years of experience in the technology sector, Steven has worked extensively with Esri and the Boustead Group across the Asian region to deliver solutions that support business objectives and long‑term growth.

Currently serving as a Director at Esri Indonesia, Steven leads the team by providing strategic direction and risk management, supporting the Partner Ecosystem, strengthening governance, and fostering strong teamwork.

Throughout his career, Steven has been instrumental in penetrating new markets, delivering complex projects, and building strong relationships with partners, bringing a consistent focus on leadership, collaboration, and practical outcomes.

Outside of work, Steven enjoys reading and cycling, which help him reset, reflect, and stay inspired for the challenges ahead.
