Where it all began
Motivated by a passion for helping others learn, Athian began his career at Esri Indonesia as a trainer. In this role, he not only honed his technical expertise but also developed leadership skills that led him to manage a team of four.

In 2024, Athian embraced a new challenge as Partner Program Manager—a role that expanded his horizons and deepened his impact. By building strong relationships with partners, he helped drive broader adoption of geospatial solutions across industries.
This transition gave him a new perspective on how collaboration with partners leads to tangible outcomes. It also allowed him to continue learning while delivering solutions that make a real difference.

When a problem comes up, I know I’m not facing it alone. We tackle challenges together, and that makes all the difference. I believe honesty, respect, and helping each other are the foundation of great teamwork. When something I do genuinely helps someone, and they appreciate it, that’s the most rewarding feeling.
