Dismas Bismo is a seasoned technology leader with over 15 years of experience in customer-facing roles across the Asia Pacific region. Currently serving as Head of Solution Engineering at Esri Indonesia, he leads a high-performing team of Solution Engineers across eight key industry sectors, driving innovation and client engagement through GIS technology. 

His career spans strategic roles in customer success, business development, and technical sales, with a proven track record in deploying several key projects for the oil and gas industry.

Outside of work, Dismas values time to recharge and reflect. Jogging serves as his form of moving meditation, helping him reset from the pace of daily routines. He also enjoys films and building intricate Lego projects at home.
