Muhammad Ridho

Muhammad Ridho is currently a Senior Technical Support Engineer with HERE Technologies. He is responsible for customer support in SEA (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Brunei) for the Automotive and IoT market. One of his specialties is to mitigate and manage customer complaints related to use cases such as Car Embedded Navigation Solutions, Asset Management and Tracking. Muhammad collaborates with internal team members to resolve or improve product issues and address customer's requirements. He also conducts customer field test support for automotive and system vendors within in-vehicle infotainment or Apps, as well as navigation QA needs.
