Jatmiko Krisna Santosa

Jatmiko Krisna Santosa is an experienced leader who has performed managerial roles in companies in different sectors, such as plantation, infrastructure and tourism. He graduated with a Bachelor of Economics from Universitas Indonesia and had the chance to pursue an executive programme at Harvard Kennedy School, the United States.

He was recently chosen as one of 100 Best Chief Executive Officers (CEO) in Indonesia at the Top 100 CEO 2022 Award initiated by Infobank Media Group. It was awarded for his outstanding achievement of leading the digital transformation of Indonesia's state-owned plantation firm, PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V (PTPN V) which yielded the highest profit in the company’s history of IDR 1.3 trillion in 2021. Moreover, his innovation in paving the digitization of the large-scale plantation organization also succeeded in >200% net profit within one year. 

Before being appointed as the CEO of PTPN V, his expertise in business and strategy brought him into several senior and executive management positions. He was the Finance Director of PTPN III. He also took part in developing the nation’s tourism industry by working as the Vice Director of PT. Pengembangan Pariwisata Indonesia Persero (ITDC).
