Mr Kharis Alfi co-founded the Institute of BIM Indonesia (Institut BIM Indonesia, IBIMI), a non-profit organization that aims to develop Building Information Modeling (BIM) in an optimal, multi-disciplinary, and open manner, as part of larger efforts to promote broader BIM implementation in the country’s AEC industry.
In the professional sector, Mr Alfi is currently a Research & Innovation Manager at Waskita Karya.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture form the National Institute of Science and Technology (ISTN) Jakarta in 2002.
