Marine Lieutenant Colonel (P) Buyung Kurniawan, M.T. is a career Hydro-Oceanographic Surveyor with the Indonesian Navy.
Leading the Operations Control Center at the Indonesian Navy Hydro-Oceanography Center (Pushidrosal), he manages hydrographic survey projects and currently leads the operations and development of spatial hydro-data and information services through IHDC.
He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Hydrography and a Master of Systems Analysis and Operations Research (ASRO) from the Naval Technology College (STTAL).
