1. Training fee:
    1. Price is valid for regular training at PT Esri Indonesia and not for tender purposes.
    2. Fee is inclusive of training materials and certificate of completion.
  1. Course participation and confirmation:
    1. Official purchase order or duly completed registration form must be received at least 14 days before the training starts.
    2. Full payment should be completed at least seven (7) days before the training starts. The receipt should be faxed to: (021) 2940 6356, and must be brought to the first day of training.
  1. Payment:
    1. Payment should be sent to PT Esri Indonesia at A/C: 306-0-120787-1, Standard Chartered Bank, Wisma Standard Chartered Bank, Jl. Prof. Dr. Satrio NO. 164, Jakarta 12950. The payment is in US dollars.
    2. Course confirmation, including the course schedule, will be sent once the details are finalised. An invoice will be provided for payment purposes.
  1. Cancellation and postponement:
    1. Cancellation and postponement must be given in writing by the customer, which must be acknowledged by PT Esri Indonesia to be valid.
    2. For postponement or change in course date, the following penalty will be levied depending on notice period given (before course commencement date):
      1. 7 days or less: 100% of course fees
      2. 7 to 21 days: 50% of course fees
      3. 21 days or more: 20% of course fees
  1. Training venue:
    1. Training will be conducted at the PT Esri Indonesia's facilities – Capital Place, 26th Floor, Jalan Jend. Gatot Subroto Kav 18, Jakarta Selatan 12710 – using Esri software on PC platform, unless otherwise advised.
  1. Payment terms:
    1. PT Esri Indonesia reserves the right to cancel the course due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. total participant number less than five persons). In this case PT Esri Indonesia will return 100% of the payment.
    2. PT Esri Indonesia is not responsible for non-refundable travel arrangement and losses resulting from course scheduling change or cancellations at any time.
