The Mobile Worker user type enables field technicians, maintenance supervisors and volunteers to collect data in real-time and complete tasks and operations in the field.

As of June 2024, the Mobile Worker user type includes the capabilities of the Viewer and Contributor user types as well as additional features as outlined in the table below. Determine if this is the right user type for you first, then follow the steps here to activate it for your organization.
