A Viewer user type license enables executive officers, managers, and sales managers to securely view maps and apps built by their teams and shared through an ArcGIS Online or ArcGIS Enterprise organization to make informed decisions and monitor performance.
As of June 2024, additional capabilities have been added to the Viewer user type as shown in the table below. Determine if this is the right user type for you first, then follow the steps here to activate it for your organization.
